COMPOSITION INCLUDING AN EXTRACT OF GOURMAND ROSIER The present invention relates to a composition, preferably cosmetic, comprising: at least one rosewood extract comprising polyphenols, and at least one solvent chosen from: polyols comprising at least three hydroxy functions, mixtures of at least one polyol comprising at least three hydroxy and water functions, and mixtures of at least one polyol comprising at least three hydroxy functions and at least one diol comprising from 2 to 4 carbon atoms, the weight ratio extracted from rosewood: solvent being strictly less than 7: 13.
