Disclosed is a portal-free lining formwork trolley device for concrete construction of a tunnel. A rectangular frame is arranged on the upper portion of a combined frame body (1), a pair of cross beams (18) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the rectangular frame on the upper portions of combined stand columns (2), and a top support formwork (3) is arranged above the combined frame body (1). Side support formworks (4) are symmetrically arranged at lower ends of two sides of the top support formwork (3); and at least three pairs of formwork inner support beams (13) are correspondingly uniformly distributed on the inner sides of the side support formworks (4), and inner support beam lead screws (14) are arranged between slope ends of opposite connectors of the formwork inner support beams (13). Formwork body foot lead screws (8) and formwork body braced lead screws (9) are respectively uniformly distributed at lower ends of bottom edge formworks (23) on two sides. Operating platforms (5, 6, 7) and ladders (10, 11) are respectively arranged between the upper end of the combined frame body (1) and the top support formwork (3) and in the middle of the inner side of each of the side support formworks (4). A lower space of the combined frame body (1) is large, such that transport vehicles and construction workers can safely pass through the combined frame body; and components of the combined frame body (1) are convenient to disassemble, thereby ensuring safe production and use.
