PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for remote customer service adapted to realize customer service suited for a use region.;SOLUTION: A program for remote customer service causes a computer to execute a step of accepting from a customer's terminal an input or selection of information specifying a commodity and information specifying a region scheduled to use the commodity. The program for remote customer service causes the computer to execute a step of specifying a salesperson who handles the commodity and is related to the region.
