Disclosed in the present application are a method for preparing high-temperature non-stick emulsified asphalt and an application thereof in a waterproof bonding layer, which relate to the technical field of road materials. The emulsified asphalt comprises the following components in percentage of the total mass thereof: 45%-65% matrix asphalt, 1-10% reinforcing and toughening agent, 1-5% polymer viscosity-reducing modifier, 1-10% aqueous tackifying emulsion, 0.1%-2% emulsifier, 1-2% pH modifier, and 0.2-1% stabilizer, the rest being water. The preparation method comprises: (1) mixing matrix asphalt, a reinforcing and toughening agent, and a polymer viscosity-reducing agent, and then heating to 160-190°C and stirring to develop for 4-6 h; (2) then adding an asphalt emulsifier and a stabilizer to water, adjusting the pH value to 2-3, and adjusting the temperature to 50-70°C to formulate a soap liquid; (3) using a colloid mill to perform high-speed shearing on the prepared modified asphalt and soap liquid together so as to obtain emulsified asphalt, adding an aqueous tackifying emulsion, and stirring uniformly to obtain high-temperature non-stick emulsified asphalt. When used as a waterproof bonding layer of a bridge deck, the present application has the effects of demulsification speed being high, high-temperature construction being non-stick, high-temperature drawing strength being high, and the waterproof effect being good.
