A data receiving system for receiving an electrical data from a nerve cell has at least two phototransistor crystals that is stimulated by light to form an electrical signal; an image source that allows the light to be sent to the phototransistor crystals and allows controlling the amount of light transmitted to each phototransistor crystal independently of each other, and at least one control unit that is connected to the image source that controls the amount of light transmitted from the image source to each of the phototransistor crystals.
