PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regional medical comprehensive reception system and its program for, when performing medical examination reception and reception confirmation from a user terminal as for a plurality of regional hospitals, reflecting and providing a reception situation and a medical examination situation at a hospital side to a user terminal, resulting in the reduction of waiting time of a patient in the hospital and the improvement of medical examination efficiency at the hospital side.SOLUTION: A reception server 1 provides medical examination reception situations of a plurality of hospitals in a specific region to a user terminal 31 owned by a user who wants to receive medical examinations, and, when medical examination reception from the user terminal 31 is completed, reflects the reception information on a reception terminal 21 at a hospital side, and when the reception situation and the medical examination situation (medical examination classification) are input by the reception terminal 21 at the hospital side, and medical examination completion is input by a medical examination terminal 22, reflects the reception situation such as waiting time on the user terminal 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
