To provide a transaction management device which can perform a plurality of if-done orders in parallel by a simple operation.SOLUTION: An order information generation part 16 of a transaction management device generates order information groups including a plurality of first orders for performing one of purchase or sale at a first order price and a plurality of second orders for performing the other at a second order price for every piece of trading order application information. The order information generation part 16 acquires information on a price range in which transactions are performed, information for calculating values of price ranges between the first orders and/or between the second orders, and information for calculating the values of profit margins between the first orders and the second orders, and sets the first order price of the first orders and/or the second order price of the second orders to values of predetermined price ranges, values of predetermined profit margins on the basis of an upper limit price and/or a lower limit price in the price ranges.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
