FIELD: aerohydrodynamics.;SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions relates to the the area of aerohydrodynamics. Aerohydrodynamic surface includes a group of vortex generators and a main part comprising two sides conjugated with each other forming a rear part with a rear edge and a front part with a front edge. The group of vortex generators includes elevations with crescent-shaped working edges located near the front edge. Frontal projections of the working edges are inclined at an angle of 60 to 80 degrees to the frontal projection of the front edge configured to generate attached counter-rotating vortex structures. The ratio of the distance between the midpoints of the frontal projections to the height of the frontal projections is between 0.5 and 1.5. The tangents to the midpoints of the frontal projections are inclined at an angle of 20 to 60 degrees to each other. The elevations are made in form of crescent-shaped ridges enveloping the front edge. The working edges are formed by the outer edges of the ridges. The group of vortex generators is made in form of a set of cover plates, wherein each of the plates includes a base with a bottom surface, an elevation with a working edge. The minimum curvature radius of the bottom surface of a plate is from 90 to 110% of the minimum blunting radius of the front edge of the aerohydrodynamic surface. The installation method is characterized by locating a group of vortex generators on an aerohydrodynamic surface.;EFFECT: group of inventions is intended to improve lifting properties of an aerohydrodynamic surface at subcritical attack angles by increasing the critical attack angles.;20 cl, 45 dwg
