[Problem] To provide an elasto-plasticity analysis method and an elasto-plasticity analysis program with which it is possible to simultaneously realize the Bauschinger effect and the invariance of an elasto-plastic behavior to the history of plastic deformation in a specific direction. [Solution] The elasto-plasticity analysis method includes: a step for establishing a trial elastic strain tensor that is obtained by subtracting a plastic strain tensor from a total strain tensor in a pseudo-equilibrium state after applying a load increment to an elasto-plastic substance in a dynamic or static equilibrium state without changing the plastic strain tensor; a step for determining a trial elastic strain index on the basis of the trial elastic strain tensor; a step for determining a plastic strain increment index that corresponds to the load increment on the basis of the value obtained by subtracting an elastic limit strain index determined on the basis of the material properties of the elasto-plastic substance from the trial elastic strain index; and a step for determining a plastic strain increment tensor on the basis of the plastic strain increment index.
