The present invention provides a cofferdam movable device for top-side mounting of an offshore structure, comprising: a cofferdam 20 capable of adhering to the bottom of the watertight space 15 of an offshore structure; a watertight means 30 having an inflatable/contractable air tube 32 in the close contact area of the cofferdam 20; and a driving means (40) for causing attachment and detachment of the cofferdam (20) to the bottom surface of the watertight space (15). Accordingly, by using a cofferdam in a semi-submersible offshore structure, etc., the vacant space of the ring-type hull is made into a buoyancy space, thereby securing safety when mounting the topside structure and making the installation and removal of the cofferdam easier.
