PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for holding a steel frame beam at a through-diaphragm type column RC beam S joint having a mechanism in which the diaphragm is not deformed when a diaphragm is placed on a fixing nut to hold the steel frame beam. SOLUTION: An upper flange 22b of a steel frame 22a is connected to a side 25a of an upper diaphragm 25 having a cross shape, and a lower flange 22c of a steel frame is connected to a side 26a of a lower diaphragm 26 having a cross shape. Using a steel beam 22 having a structure in which a reinforcing rib plate 27 is superposed on the diaphragm of the above, concrete is cast to form a reinforced concrete column 21, and an auxiliary reinforcing bar 23 is projected from the top end and attached to the auxiliary reinforcing bar.
