A GUI-based RBF algorithm simulator for simulating an RBF algorithm operated in a neuromorphic chip according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprising: a simulation module for simulating the RBF algorithm; and a GUI module for inputting options for manipulating the simulation module and outputting a simulation result.
