To audit, for over-the-counter medications purchased by a predetermined member of a predetermined group, the medications which the member of the predetermined group takes, hence to check the safety on taking the purchased over-the-counter medications for all members of the predetermined group.SOLUTION: A medication audit processing system 1 audits, for over-the-counter medications for which a predetermined member of a predetermined group has made a request of purchase, the medication that the member of the predetermined group takes. In the medication audit processing system 1, an identification processing unit 12 refers to a group information storage unit 1B to identify a group of the member who has made the request of purchase for the over-the-counter medication and to identify the other members of the group, and an inspection processing unit 15 refers to a medicine information storage unit 1F and a determination basis information storage unit 1C to determine whether or not to take the over-the-counter medicine for which the request of purchase was made for each member in the group of the member who made the request of purchase for the over-the-counter medication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
