PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project accounting management device by which the total balance and the total of estimated and actual results can be confirmed by creating a budget by using an arbitrary project group different from an actual project as virtual projects, and adding up the virtual projects based on actual sales and cost.SOLUTION: In a project accounting management device 100 with a control part 102, the control part 102 is provided with: a project registration part 102a which registers an actual project which is the actual project, and virtual projects in which an arbitrary project group is set by binding a plurality of the actual project and contract details; a budget registration part 102c which registers budgets of the actual project and the virtual projects; and a totaling processing part 102d which acquires the budgets of the virtual projects, totals an actual result from the actual project associated with the virtual projects, sales of the contract details, and cost, and totals balance of the virtual projects.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
