A tinnitus treatment instrument (10), for imparting sonic stimulation for tinnitus treatment at each of a unit period to a tinnitus patient as a user, is provided with a control unit (200) and a recording medium (100) in which a treatment program is stored, and the treatment program is executed by the control unit (200), whereby one or both of a TL decrease curve and an RI effect curve of each tinnitus treatment sound for the user are inferred, a tinnitus treatment sound is created on the basis of one or both of the inferred RI effect curve and TL decrease curve, and sonic stimulation is imparted to the user by presenting the created tinnitus treatment sound to the user at each unit period via a sound presenting unit (20).
