To provide a pooling processing system for efficiently and precisely performing pooling; and to provide a pooling processing method and a pooling processing program.SOLUTION: A pooling management system 20 comprises: a scheme information storage part 22 for recording scheme information on a parent account and a child account subject to pooling that are managed by an accounting system 10, and on a target outstanding balance; and a control part 21 for performing pooling. The control part 21, in an accounting processing part, acquires a withdrawal request for the child account; when the shortage of the outstanding balance in the child account occurs, acquires the shortage from the accounting system 10 on the basis of the withdrawal request; specifies the parent account and the target outstanding balance recorded in the scheme information storage part 22; performs compensation processing to remit a compensation amount for increasing the account balance in the child account after the withdrawal of the requested amount to the target outstanding balance, from the parent account to the child account in the scheme information; and in the accounting system 10, performs withdrawal processing for the withdrawal request after the compensation processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
