PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a city-building desire information collecting server capable of transmitting opinions with respect to commodities, services and stores desired for my town in a short period of time regarding especially commodities and services received at stores.;SOLUTION: A city-building desire information collecting server 10 includes acquisition means for acquiring city-building assisting information, and storing means for storing the city-building assisting information in a data base DB. The city-building assisting information includes desire information on contents desired to a used store used by a store user and region information associated to the desire contents information.
