A traction power supply system structure applying a single-phase traction transformer, comprising a traction substation and four feedback lines of a left side power supply arm and a right side power supply arm, the traction substation using a single-phase traction transformer; a feeder is newly added on a 27.5 kV side of same, and the newly added feeder being a same-phase power source as the feeders of the left side power supply arm and the right side power supply arm; and the newly added feeder supplies power to an anchor section joint-type electrical split phase uncharged neutral section of a substation terminal of the traction substation, and is connected to the four feedback lines of the left side power supply arm and the right side power supply arm by means of an auxiliary bus, and serves as a standby feeder of the four feedback lines. In the system, during normal power supply, a traction substation terminal electrical split phase operates according to an electrical sectioning means. In the situation of a fault, an inverted connection process is simple and convenient, misoperation is prevented, safe and reliable operation of the system is ensured, and the technical problem of large-ramp electrical split phase is effectively solved.
