Disclosed is a method for managing information on unlisted stocks and a trading platform device for the same. The trading platform device stores the list of shareholders of non-listed companies in the database, stores the hash value of at least one item in the list of shareholders in the blockchain, and upon receipt of a request for issuance of a certificate of non-issuance of shareholder rights, the integrity of the shareholder list stored in the database. After grasping by using the hash value stored in the blockchain, a certificate of non-issuance of shares is issued that confirms the seller's stock holdings based on the list of shareholders whose integrity has been verified.
