Problem to be solved: to provide an evaluation method for inhibiting the complex formation of Survivin and other proteins.In the presence of the test substance, the bait vector and the play vector are expressed in the yeast incorporating the reporter gene, and then the degree of the expression of the reporter gene is evaluated.Here, the bait vector is a fusion gene between the protein binding domain of gab4 protein and other protein binding domains, and the play vector is a fusion gene of Survivin and Gal4 protein transcriptional activation domain.Diagram
