PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo care odor composition capable of faithfully reproducing care odor and providing discomfort even when odor strength is weak, an evaluation method of strength of care odor, an evaluation method of discomfort of care odor, and an evaluation method of odor effect or cleaning effect on care odor.SOLUTION: There are provided a pseudo care odor composition containing Component (A): phenols having 6 to 9 carbon atoms and Component (B): aldehydes having 6 to 10 carbon atoms and having volume ratio represented by Component (A)/Component (B) of 0.001 to less than 200, an evaluation method of strength of care odor using the pseudo care odor composition, an evaluation method of discomfort of care odor using the pseudo care odor composition, and an evaluation method of deodorant effect or cleaning effect on care odor using the pseudo care odor composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
