In the present invention, a prediction unit classifies input data into a plurality of classes by using a prediction model, and outputs prediction probabilities for the respective classes as predicted results. On the basis of the prediction probabilities for the respective classes, a grouping unit generates a grouping class formed from k-number of classes which each have a prediction probability ranked in the top k rankings, and calculates the prediction probability of the grouping class. A loss calculation unit calculates a loss on the basis of the prediction probabilities of the plurality of classes including the grouping class. A model update unit updates the prediction model on the basis of the calculated loss.
