Tunnel repair method and repair equipment for existing tunnels

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel repair method for an existing tunnel capable of further improving workability and safety. SOLUTION: An existing tunnel bottom is removed, and a precast invert block 7 formed with a predetermined length with respect to the extension direction of the tunnel is laid side by side in the extension direction at a place where the tunnel bottom is removed. An open shield machine 8 in which the front part of the U-shaped main body consisting of the left and right side walls 9 and the bottom plate 10 is the excavated part, the rear part is the hanging part of the invert block 7, and the propulsion jack is provided in the middle part. The invert block 7 is hung from above behind the contracted propulsion jack of the open shield machine by digging the open shield machine with the propulsion jack using the laid invert block as a reaction force.
