An AGV positioning method based on real-time map updating, an AGV positioning device, and an AGV positioning system. The AGV positioning method based on real-time map updating is applied in an AGV positioning device, and comprises: scanning a preset area of a target AGV to generate first scan data (S101); obtaining second scan data corresponding to the preset area from a predetermined offline map, and comparing the first scan data with the second scan data to generate a comparison result (S102); if the comparison result indicates that the first scan data is different from the second scan data, uploading difference data between the first scan data and the second scan data to a server, so that the server updates the offline map on the basis of the difference data (S103); and performing positioning on the basis of the updated offline map (S104). The method can alleviate the problem of unstable performance or even positioning loss in a dynamic environment in the prior art, and can improve the positioning stability and accuracy.
