The present invention relates to a calcareous fertilizer containing as an active ingredient a hydrolyzed liquid of food waste neutralized with fecal fossils, and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the food waste is acid-hydrolyzed to establish an optimal hydrolysis condition to increase the reduction efficiency, and the above Calcium fertilizer was produced after neutralizing by mixing oyster shells or egg shells with acid hydrolyzate produced under the conditions of food waste, and the increase rate of plant growth of calcareous fertilizer neutralized using oyster shells was neutralized by mixing egg shells. Since it has a remarkable effect compared to fertilizer, fertilizer using it can greatly contribute to improving agricultural productivity.
