Disclosed are a hole transport layer including a thermally conductive inorganic structure, a perovskite solar cell including the same, and a method of manufacturing the same. The hole transport layer includes a plurality of nanoparticles, and a thermally conductive inorganic structure having pores surrounded by the nanoparticles; And a hole transport organic material positioned in the pores; wherein the nanoparticles contain at least one inorganic material selected from the group consisting of metal oxides and metal nitrides, thereby effectively discharging heat inside the device when applied to the device. In addition, since it does not interfere with the movement of holes, it is possible to significantly improve thermal and long-term stability while maintaining the high efficiency of the solar cell.
