PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractor capable of stably maintaining a reversed state of an outer ring and capable of easily reversing the outer ring.;SOLUTION: An outer ring 3, which is integrally molded in whole, has first, second and third thin wall parts 3a, 3b and 3c that are provided in such a manner as to be positionally different from one another in an axis a direction. The first and second thin wall parts 3a and 3c are formed by being provided with first and second outer peripheral side groove parts 3d and 3f.
