The present invention relates to a visualization pipeline device for a cluster-based scientific visualization tool and a visualization method thereof, and includes a data patch pipe that converts input data input from another component in the visualization tool into a form that can be processed and delivers a plurality of visualizations, respectively. A plurality of visualization pipelines that perform visualization operations on the input data using a pipe, and a result collection pipe that collects results generated through the plurality of visualization pipes, converts them to a desired form in the other component, and returns them. By doing so, not only can the visualization pipe be easily implemented and modified, but also portability can be improved.
