It is a device (10),a system (1) and a procedure for demonstrating the integrity of a device (10). The device (10) has at least one first and one second module (11, 12, 20),which are designed to work together and/or communicate with a parent device (30), a certification module (16),designed to display a cryptographic signature (S) for each module (11, 12, 20) and an identity production module (15),which is designed to form from the signature (S) of the first module (11) a first code (110) as the identity of the first module (11), from the signature (S) of the second module (12); 20) to form a second code (120, 200) as the identity of the second module (11), and from the first and second codes (110, 120; 110, 200) to form a total code (150), with the certification module (16) designed to sign the total code (200) with a key (161) to produce a unique certificate (150, 165) for the device (10) which uniquely identifies the device (10).
