FIELD: medicine; cardiology. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to clinical cardiology, it is intended for complex assessment of cardiovascular risk with determination of target levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hereinafter – LDL CHS) and correction of lipid-lowering therapy. A clinical examination of the patient is performed; a hereditary anamnesis and anamnesis of the disease are collected. The probability of familial hypercholesterolemia is determined. In the case of a high probability, a genetic analysis is performed; all the indicators are entered in a summary table with an appropriate point assigned to each parameter.
