PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling depressing mechanism that facilitates fixation of a pot at the top of continuous potted-seedlings to fields and can reduce time and labor taken for collection work of fixtures, and provide a continuous potted-seedling transplanting machine with the same and a production method of the crops using the continuous potted-seedling transplanting machine.;SOLUTION: A continuous potted-seedling transplanting machine 1 includes a seedling depressing mechanism 60, and this seedling depressing mechanism 60 has a connecting member 60, a seedling depressing member 62A and a towing member 63. The continuous potted-seedling transplanting machine 1 moves, and then, the seedling depressing member 62A is inclined to the pulled direction, and also a field insertion part 68 falls out from a field and the seedling depressing member 62A follows the continuous potted-seedling transplanting machine 1. Then, after the completion of planting of continuous potted-seedlings, the towing member 63 is pulled to collect the seedling depressing member 62A.
