The invention relates to a method for optimizing the quantity of network resources and the number of services likely to use said resources in a virtualized telecommunications network comprising the following steps: -evaluate the similarities between the services likely to use said resources in terms of the VNFs virtual network functions required for the deployment of each service, -group the services according to their similarities in order to maximize the sharing of resources, -calculate additional resources to accept services awaiting deployment; -execute an admission control scheme to accept or reject requests to deploy new services.
