A user-oriented intelligent building management system using DR information of the present invention comprises: a receiving unit for receiving DR information; a property information storage unit for generating and storing property information in which identification information and type information of each device registered as a power consuming device are mutually connected; an energy information generation unit for generating total consumption information which is information on the energy consumption of an entire building; an object selection unit for, by using information on operating devices which are devices, among the devices, that are currently in use, generating list information of objects to be controlled; an information computation unit for comparing the received DR information with the total consumption information, and if the total consumption information is greater than the received DR information, generating energy saving target information by using the difference between the information; and a main processing unit for, by using the list information and the energy saving target information, controlling so that the power consumption of the operating devices is reduced.
