The hat of the present invention is characterized in that the cap body has a light-shielding portion and a ventilation portion, and the light-shielding body is provided at a position corresponding to the inside of the ventilation portion. It is preferable that the light-shielding portion spreads radially. It is preferable that the light-shielding body spreads radially.
