PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injury / illness name inference system, an injury / illness name inference method, an injury / illness name inference program and a data structure capable of comprehensively inferring an injury / illness name from prescription data by machine learning and inferring the injury / illness name with high accuracy. An injury / illness name inference system includes an artificial intelligence server and a storage device, and the artificial intelligence server infers the injury / illness name. The artificial intelligence server associates prescription data with the injury / illness name data. It includes a machine learning unit that generates a trained model by machine learning based on the learned data, and an inference unit that infers the name of injury or illness from the prescription data for inference input to the trained model.
