A tape-mounting device shall have at least two storage units which store the respective tape-mounted devices in it, a reader reading information on the tape-mounted RFIDs stored in the respective storage units, around which the tape-mounted devices are wrapped as tape-rolls, where the storage units have shafts inserted into the tubes and are arranged in such a way that they are supported by the reader at different intervals, a time-measuring unit for measuring reading times that pass,until the reader receives and transmits radio waves generated and transmitted by the RFIDs and reads the information presented by the radio waves on the tape devices, a correlation table containing the positions of the storage units corresponding to the respective reading times, and an identification section to compare the reading times with the assignment table and to identify the positions of the storage units and types of tape devices.
