SOLUTION: A clear coating composition contains at least one kind of epoxy resin (A) selected from a group consisting of an alicyclic epoxy resin (a1), a bisphenol A type epoxy resin (a2), a bisphenol F type epoxy resin (a3) and a novolac epoxy resin (a4), a bi- or higher functional epoxy resin (B) excluding the epoxy resin (A), a terminal reactive butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer (C), polyamide amine (D), an organic fiber (E), and a glass flake (F).EFFECT: The clear coating composition has a flexibility following cracks of a structure when cracks or detachment of a concrete piece are generated in the concrete structure, can form a strong coated film for preventing the concrete piece from be dropped, can form a coated film having visibility of a substrate capable of inspecting a deterioration state of the concrete structure under the formed coated film by visual inspection, and further can form a coated film excellent in adhesiveness even on a dried surface of the concrete structure and a wet surface by a simple method such as a roller coating or brush coating.SELECTED DRAWING: None
