LIVE-LINE TESTING SYSTEM FOR POWER GRID APPARATUS, THERMAL INFRARED IMAGER, AND METHOD

A live-line testing system for a power grid apparatus comprises: an environment parameter module used to acquire environment temperature, humidity, and wind speed data; a distance measurement module used to measure a straight line distance to the power grid apparatus; an apparatus type identification module used to acquire an image of the power grid apparatus and identify a type thereof; an apparatus material determination module used to determine a material type of the power grid apparatus according to the apparatus type and an appearance characteristic of the apparatus; a radiance configuration module used to configure a radiance; a temperature measurement module used to focus at a position of the power grid apparatus that requires a temperature measurement and acquire a temperature of the power grid apparatus; and a report generation module used to select a corresponding diagnosis model according to the type of the power grid apparatus under test, display a temperature measurement position and a temperature value on a display screen, obtain a conclusion according to a corresponding determination criterion, and generate a report at the same time. Further disclosed are a live-line testing method for a power grid apparatus and a thermal infrared imager. The invention reduces the number of devices to be carried by personnel performing infrared-based testing, and lowers the level of required professional knowledge for testing personnel.
