Provided are a rehabilitation work support device, a rehabilitation work support method, and a program capable of efficiently managing the current actual ability value of a patient. A rehabilitation work support device (1) includes: a change predicting unit (2) for predicting whether the current actual ability value of a patient during a rehabilitation period has changed from the most recent ability value of the patient, stored in a storage device, on the basis of the elapsed time from the time at which the most recent ability value of the patient, stored in the storage device, was evaluated; and a change prediction output unit (3) which performs control to output the predicted result obtained by the change predicting unit (2).
