A burner operation measurement system that measures an operation in which a burner is used, the system comprising one or more cameras that capture images of the operation, and a control unit that performs a computation process on the images captured by the one or more cameras. The control unit creates operation data in which at least one from among the positional relationship between a material to be subjected to an operation and the burner or a flame, the positional relationship between the material to be subjected to an operation and a brazing material, and the positional relationship between the burner or the flame and the brazing material is measured from the images captured by the one or more cameras.
