A lifestyle intervention system comprises: a storage unit (3) that stores multiple types of intervention details prepared in advance for the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases in correspondence with parameters; an intervention setting unit (102) that executes algorithm-based calculations using the corresponding parameters for all interventions in a chronological direction, selects the details of the intervention in correspondence with a calculated score, and sets the details as the next intervention; a display unit (11) that displays the selected intervention details to a user each time intervention details are selected; a biometric information acquisition unit (103) that notifies the user of the user's behavior record and biometric information, which serve as a result of the notified intervention, and then receives said record and information; and an evaluation unit (104) that updates the parameters of the memory unit (3) as a degree of improvement of lifestyle-related diseases from both sets of acquired information every time both sets of information are acquired. It is thereby possible to sequentially present intervention measures based on personalized causal effects on personal lifestyles.
