The present invention relates to a patient-specific breast implant and, more particularly, to a patient-specific breast implant which, when a breast-conserving mastectomy is performed to conserve breast tissue and minimize removal of cancer tissue, prevents depression of breast skin after the breast-conserving mastectomy and occurrence of breast deformation in which the shape of a breast is deformed by adhesion with remaining breast tissue, etc., shortens surgery time, facilitates securing breast symmetry, and ultimately dramatically increases the success rate of surgery and maximizes patient satisfaction as well.
