PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contraindication determination system, a contraindication determination program, and a contraindicated disease name database capable of improving the determination accuracy of contraindicated disease names of drugs. SOLUTION: A first determination is made as to whether or not a patient disease name information indicating a patient's disease name includes determination disease name information indicating a determination disease name preset according to a drug prescribed to the patient. A first processing unit capable of executing a determination process and a second processing unit capable of executing a preset specific process based on a determination result by the first process unit are provided, and the drug and the determination disease name are provided.
