USE OF REAGENT FOR DETECTING CONTENT OF FAECAL CALPROTECTIN IN PREPARATION OF KIT FOR SCREENING FALLOPIAN TUBE LESIONS

Provided is the use of a reagent for detecting the content of calprotectin in faeces (faecal calprotectin) in the preparation of a kit for screening fallopian tube lesions, which falls within the field of disease detection kits. By means of detection of the content of faecal calprotectin in different populations, it is found that the content of faecal calprotectin is significantly associated with fallopian tube lesions. With the aid of the principle of detecting the content of faecal calprotectin, a kit is developed, and can be used to perform rapid and non-invasive screening on fallopian tube lesions, thereby having good application prospects.
