To provide a rice cracker dough drier enabled to maintain high stoppage accuracy even being used for a long period, the rice cracker dough drier comprising: a shaft rotatably mounted to a support frame; a freely-ventilated rotary drum whose center side in a radial direction is attached to the shaft; and plural freely-ventilated net baskets provided in a circumferential direction of the rotary drum outside in the radial direction of the rotary drum; where the rotary drum rotates by receiving input of rotary driving force from a motor via a sprocket provided on one side of the shaft.SOLUTION: In a rice cracker dough drier of this invention, a reinforcing tube whose diameter is larger than a diameter of a shaft is provided between a face of a sprocket facing a rotary drum and a face of the rotary drum facing the sprocket, and outer peripheral edge parts of both ends of the reinforcing tube are respectively fixed to the face of the sprocket facing the rotary drum and the face of the rotary drum facing the sprocket.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
