PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of creating one's own intention while avoiding a frame problem.SOLUTION: A device comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring data containing voice information which an object person who is a detection object uttered; a detection unit for detecting a feeling of the object person; a determination unit for determining a coefficient of weighting to data which is acquired according to a feeling of the object person; a calculation unit for calculating energy which acts to an emotion of a human being and action of organs, using the data and coefficient; plural elements which output a signal which includes a substance whose state is changed according to an input of the calculated energy and which indicates change of the substance state as homeostasis in each of the emotion and organs of the human being; a creation unit for determining the feeling and intention according to change of the state of the substance included in the signals output from the plural elements; and a control unit for, when the change amount of the state of the substance in at least one element is equal to or less than a prescribed amount, or when the state of the substance in at least one element is a prescribed state, performing phase change of the state of the substance in the plural elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
