The present invention relates to a method for preparing a palladium catalyst for producing hydrogen peroxide highly dispersed in a rutile-like titania support and a method for producing hydrogen peroxide using the prepared palladium catalyst. According to the present invention, by using a titania carrier having a rutile phase and introducing a sonic treatment process when palladium is supported on the rutile titania carrier, a palladium catalyst having a specific high dispersibility and surface area can be provided. When applied to the direct production method of hydrogen peroxide, the yield and production rate of hydrogen peroxide can be greatly improved.
