CUSHION-LIKE BASALT FIBER FILLER-BASED ANAMMOX BACTERIA ENRICHMENT EQUIPMENT AND USE METHOD

The present invention relates to the technical field of water treatment and relates to cushion-like basalt fiber filler-based anammox bacteria enrichment equipment, which consists of a reactor bed, a thermally insulating apparatus, and an online monitoring instrument. The reactor body is a cylindrical cavity sealed on either end. A sampling opening is provided on the lateral upper part of the reactor body. A water inlet is provided at the bottom part of the reactor body. A one-way valve is provided at the lower part of the water inlet and is connected to a water inlet tank via a peristaltic pump. Provided at a top cover opening connected to a top flange of the reactor body are a mechanical stirrer, an aeration pipe, the online monitoring instrument, and a water outlet passing through a basalt fiber filler. Other than the stirrer, the remaining openings are sealed, and an opening on top of the stirrer serves as a gas outlet. The online monitoring instrument comprises a pH/ORP meter and a dissolved oxygen meter, both of which are provided on top of the reactor body. Also disclosed is a method for using the equipment. The basalt fiber filler used in the present invention is an inorganic fiber, is green and environmentally friendly, and has inexpensive costs, high mechanical strength, and great bioaffinity.
