An anti-flow-rate ecological conservation method, comprising the following steps: 1) establishing an independent and sealed circulation water rehabilitation treatment and water body adaptation exercise system; 2) placing aquatic animals requiring conservation into the rehabilitation treatment and water body adaptation exercise system for comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of targeted disinfection, sterilization, and anti-damage medicine; 3) performing a rewilding exercise on the aquatic animals, and controlling the change of dissolved oxygen content in the water body by increasing or decreasing water inlet quantity and water discharge quantity, so as to meet survival requirements of the aquatic animals, and using the flow rate of the water body to facilitate the rewilding exercise of the aquatic animals in the system; and 4) placing the aquatic animals subjected to the rewilding exercise into a conservation device for conventional conservation / cultivation. Said method can effectively improve the rehabilitation treatment and adaptation exercise before placing into conservation, effectively control the survival rate and livability of aquatic animals after entering the device, improve the growth rate of the aquatic animals, and improve the comprehensive efficiency of conservation.
