Complex device for liquidation of emergency oil spills from the surface of small rivers includes fences, a portable intake device made in the form of a culvert and a collapsible transition bridge. Water passage device 1 includes an outer hollow metal box 3 with an open top, inside which, with a gap along the front and two side walls and the bottom, an internal metal box 4 with an open top is installed, forming a U-shaped gap 5, which serves as a settling zone coming from the place of the oil spill liquids. In the upper part of the front wall 6 of the outer box 3, a rectangular recess 7 is made, which can be closed by the shutter 8. On the outer side of the front wall 6 of the outer box 3, symmetrically about its central vertical axis, two pairs of cylindrical lugs 9 and 10 are vertically rigidly installed, in which there should be installed sections of the damper 14 for catching debris, upstream, and section of the damper 15 for catching oil is placed downstream. The collapsible bridge 2 is made in sections in the form of a ladder with guiding hollow pipes 20 and 21 and crossbars 22.
